This is impressive. As a low ELO myself, I feel related to Lux's desperation face when someone seems to be too skilled for a match. I know that RIOT doesn't ban SMURFs and lots of people also enjoyed the killing (noob) spree. For other player that kind of thing is always a terrible gaming experience.

Not really top tier standards. I’d say it’s decent and it definitely takes time to draw over the animation and add backgrounds from the actual league game itself, but it’s definitely not top tier. Hats off to the creator though.

He deserves to be praised & even if my opinion wasn't the truth, if you're willing to push him to improve, It would be better if you interact with him in the most recent posts of him & let him know your opinion.

Riot needs to start taking actions against smurf (alternate account users). Whether it's direct or not, something needs to be done to mitigate the damage these alternate accounts are doing to the game. They are adversely affecting the MMR and the elo placements in a resurgent domino effect. Too explain this, it's basically like dropping a rock in a pond, there's a ripple effect that cascades from one point to another until it reaches a boundary, that being the lowest and highest possible MMRs. Basically, when a person decides to smurf or invade matches they do not belong to, they are affecting several matches, even ones they aren't a part of, in ways that are undeniably unfair and act as an elo blockade and at times are even sending players into elos they likely don't deserve to be in. Smurfs have become so common now that this could honestly become worse than a blockade.

is hard to judge if some one is acually smurf or not, unless they admit it. You can just have a really good game and 1v9 or some one just borrow your account and play in that game (or playing while you go for a WC). It's counter productive if someone get punish for playing good

I'm a bronce sometimes silver player. I'm remember once I played solo queue with a friend who has his real account in grandmaster. I asked him why he liked to smurf in low elo. He told me he loved stomping noobs and most of of the games in high elo are boring. Cause everyone knows everything about the game (champions, mechanics, and macro), they are a lot of offmeta champions who are useless, and some games where decided since champion select.
