yez if they bpth started from the same place but mike tyson is a stone cold killer who was fighting men pn the streer at the age of 12 and was the mpat ferocious boxer of all time jake paul ( although u cant hate him, hes putting money in x foghters pockets that the organisations they fought for , dont do ) is just a dude makibg money he has never felt anywhere near the power of tyson and the first big shot will reset him to factory survival settings he doesn't have the boxing nous tp negate tyson it now being a real fight means mike will come correct it took much bigger boxers and much better boxers than paul roubds and rounds of big shots to beat tyson paul cannot hurt mike paul is going to get badly knocked out the end

People speculating on physical aspects... the age difference, punching power and shit.... that's understandable but nobody speaking on experience... Tyson had more boxing matches than Jake and Paul combined... not to mention he never took a lot of damage so his mind should still be sharp.... he knows how to fight the fighter ...I think unless Jake gets lucky Tyson will win

This guy’s explanation of boxing is inaccurate… Boxing is not being “mean”. It’s hitting and not getting hit PERIOD… The greatest of all time was Sugar Ray Robinson who wasn’t a “mean” guy. It’s the sweet science requires intelligence and recognizing how to exploit angles so u can hit and not get hit back.

It's hard not to agree some what, but Jake is still an amature. The last guy he fought was a dead fish & Tommy Fury tho built like a character from the movie 300 (Spartans) fought fish as well. He struggled against that much smaller retired MMA guy like Jake fought mostly. You'll notice Jake hasn't fought any of the old MMA guys in the Octagon, because he wouldn't stand a chance. Folks don't think of Boxing as they do MMA, but it is a Martial Art. You don't lose that unless your outta shape & even then they still have the muscle memory. You lose long term stamina & heal slower. Mike is light years ahead of Amatures like Jake & he's a kO artist with either hand, from every angle. He's an inside relentlessly moving mauler who keeps guys on their heals all the time until they fall. He won't fight outside giving Jake a breath or a chance. I don't think Mike wants to hurt Jake. I think he wants to school him, but since their not stunt men fighting in slow motion & stopping for camera angles Jake could get hurt pretty quickly if he gets cocky or just because his defense is so vulnerable.

Great points. Remember though that the peek-a-boo style is an exhaustive style, that prime Mike petered out in the fourth round, and that he a 58 year old mam will have considerably delayed reflexes and reaction time not to mention accumulated damage to his chin. This is fighting. Don't be surprised if Jake Paul shakes up the world.

Apparently, from what they're saying this is a full on professional fight under state pro rules of Texas. No headgear involved. I just don't think Mike will take this fight lightly and within a couple of rounds I think Jake Paul will get knocked out or it's a referee stoppage.

ATTENTION!!!!! (return to this comment post fight) Guys come on, we all love Mike Tyson but the truth is the likelihood of him winning is extremely small and here is why: 1) Mike will more than likely have bad cardio (due to old age and a lack of consistent hard training in camp (also due to old age)) 2) Jake is wise enough to stay away from Mike while he exhausts the very little energy reserves he’ll have. And yes, I do believe he has the skills to do that. The chances of Mike knocking out Jake are therefore minimal 3) Jake Paul can actually hit very hard and has a very real chance of sleeping anyone (especially a stationary & gassed out opponent) With all that being said, can Mike win? Yes. But the chances are very slim. We all love Mike and many of us dislike Jake but we cannot deny reality especially when we are about to witness it on July 20. I guess most of us aren’t fight experts and so we’re being emotional about it but professionals who are saying Mike will win I think are being disingenuous at best. Come back to this comment and I’ll humbly retract my statement if I was wrong.
