About Ao and execute. The mark does show up, but when he actually ults you he does the non-execute dmg and doesnt fly into the air. So basically it doesnt work.

Jorm is immune to the execute ultimate… sort of. Instead of getting getting knocked up and deleted, you just get stunned and Ao sits in place with a “Y NO DIE” expression.

The thing with spike and jorm is that after you do the knock up combo and you pick up the spike, the little pools will take the spike proc if they touch it.

I just got Jorm in assault and I tried this build, it slaps, 31k player damage, 42k mitigated damage and a 9/5/21 kda in a 20 minute assault game, thank you for this build mast, I love it

Appreciate your comment!! And u’re abosolutely right. If Aphro was there with me and mast in the last fight at FG, we coulda killed at least 2-3 of them and won the game easily, but she’s slow and I somehow made bad play blinked into olorun ult right after mast ran away :(

Jorm is my all time favorite god in smite. Even when he fell off pretty hard and I hardly saw any jorm in solo, I still used him every chance I got in solo. Then again, last time I played was about 8 months ago so before all these big changes. Have yet to play him now and might try this build, don't know what all these new items do

I think he has the coolest design of all the gods and his 1 2 3 make a pretty fun core kit but I just can't even use his ult well except for escaping and I just feel like you'd rather be in the fight spamming cool downs and peeling for your teammates than being in the air for ages not really doing anything

I love his kit but the ultimate I sometimes forget to even use. If timed right you can escape or chase down kills running away but other than that there’s no real use for it. He’s still by far my favorite god so I’ll still play him regardless lol.

E staff is what makes jorm good. Only relevant build is chronos breastplate for max cd immediately. Then estaff binding and flex last item for either iso or mag def if needed.

It's strange Jorm can use beads or other teleports if he cannot be knocked up. If He is some sort of that tough god who cannot be kicked in the air by other gods, how is that weak things as relics can transport him much farther

Watching him not use all three puddles when hitting his 2 makes me mad... You can get the stun effect if all three puddles are withing range. You'll know if they are when they glow blue while you hold your 2. Also the dmg is much higher when you have the puddles

He was top banned in the Summer Masters tourney recently. I checked the Smite ranked stats too & whilst he’s not the top performing Solo he’s top 5. He’s really easy to play, great damage & super safe so he’s a top pick rn for sure

as far as i know for Ao's execute, if you're NOT in threshold, he just ccs and does a bit of damage, but if you ARE in threshold you just die, there isnt any actual CC it's just visual?

Nope, the actual execute requires Ao Kuang to banish you into the air, it's why using beads against his ult stops the execute. Because Jorm is immune to banishes and knockups he cannot be executed by Ao Kuang.

The 2 can be canceled very easily and swk has a good stun for it

@@Rezulince he can recast it, but at that point you have spent a second trying to cast it without dealing damage, got stunned, then spent another second and a half trying to cast it again. It’s just a big waste of time overall that can lose you trades even if it does good damage when it lands.
