Uncharted LL's attempt at an open world was a bit messy and chaotic. It clearly clashed with these type of games, but as long as there's a good story and gameplay, and they do justice to Lara's character, I'm good.

Horizon Online, as it looks and sounds now, holds no allure for me. I want a proper third Aloy adventure - the end of Forbidden West Burning Shores set up a potential third game beautifully. Instead we got VR, LEGO, a potential movie, and now a live service game “set in the world.” I’m glad for those that enjoy those properties, but I’m not excited about them.

I was hoping for the next Tomb Raider they go to Egypt, but India is a cool setting to. I have really enjoyed this new "grounded" in realism Tomb Raider series, I didn't play any of the games until recently when Sony added them to the PSNow catalog and have been blown away. I think Rise of the Tomb Raider has been my favorite of the 3 and looking forward to the new one. @JorRaptor I noticed you haven't said anything in regard to Metal Gear Solid Delta. I'm not sure if that is just a game series you aren't really into or if there just really isn't no new news? I thought that game was dropping early this year like March or April according to rumors and leaks last year? I hope those rumors of the next Ghost Recon being FPS are wrong! That's what set the Ghost Recon franchise apart from every other military shooter; Call of Duty, Battlefield, Rainbow Six Siege was seeing the actual character animations and customization of the character! I'm sick of the easy way out of floating hand and gun on the screen. I want to see the character hiding behind objects, crawling through grass etc...

I was annoyed by the recent delay at first, but it makes sense. If the game came out in February, Monster Hunter would completely overshadow it, and at least they didn't wait until a week before release to delay it for the last time, like Hogwarts Legacy did, on last gen. HL came out good, but that last delay was rage inducing. I think this will turn out good for Shadows, even if the delay to March announcement was annoying at first. It also explains why we couldn't preorder on PSN or Xbox marketplace.
