This was an amusing segment, but my favourite late night cooking segment (not on this show with seth) but on conan, is when gordon ramsay is trying to teach conan AND norm macdonald how to cook fish in a bag and it gets so out of hand conan just grabs a bottle of wine and just starts pounding it saying "screw it... this is never going to air" and norm is hilarious trying to do anything in the kitchen.

Spanish cuisine is AMAZING....so many people are ignorant as to what spanish cuisine is. I love Mexican food....but it is not Spanish food. Spaniards' food is mainly seafood and paella..

Well thank you for the nice words but that is also an ignorant statement. Seafood and paella are popular especially on the east coast of Spain but there is a whole country with great food (I especially like that from the north and Castilla, it's just my opinion) but you should check because the variety of dishes and ingredients is amazing, there is good fish, vegetables, soups and pulse (if that's the word for legumbres) which are kind of diminished by americans when they come to Spain, lack of habit I guess. Just check marmitako, cocido madrileño, olla podrida, pixto manchego, porrusalda, bacalao a la vizcaína, cachopo, (the list goes and goes and goes and goes on) And none of those dishes are "seafood and paella" Y si algún español me está leyendo que añada más platos que le encanten :)

I stand corrected...I am sure there are LOTS of variety of dishes. I went to about 4 Spanish restaurants in the US...they were all very similar...but again you learn something new everyday.
