This program is beautiful!!!! And her falls didn’t affect that at all!!! She skated beautifully & had really nice and unique spins, like a ballerina! 😍😍😍

Heartbreaking. You could see the potential for that program in the slow section when she nailed everything but it's undermined by the two falls that opened the program and the fall at the end. So disappointing.

If she skated like she had at Canadians, she'd have medalled for sure, maybe even won, but it just wasn't meant to be. Part of being a champion is fighting the nerves or other things and focus. For some reason, that seems to afflict several Canadian Women skaters (I'm Canadian). Josee always wore her heart on her sleeve, I just wanted to give her a hug.

At Canadians, she landed the Flip, Toe, Loop and Salchow cleanly. She turned out of her first Triple Lutz fell on her second. That performance there wouldn't had beaten Yuka or Surya based on their own technical content and lack of mistakes.

I find it interesting that the Canadian judge placed her 1st in the short and then dropped the lowest marks of them all on her LP. Delivering the 5.0 on technical. Hmmm.
