Jose mourinho has a very good records in cup games but the final was against Manchester City they were in their peak in 2021 I don’t think so mourinho would beat them with that Tottenham team finished which at that time finished 7th that season also the only reason Man City didn’t win champions league that season was pep underastimated the young Chelsea squad
