@John Mitchell Ummmmmmmmmmm, Samuel Eto'o was good, but not even close to Didier Drogba, Drogba's ability on the ball, his strength, his power, his pace, and his phenomenal ability to finish both headers and regular shots are second to none in his generation, players like Rivaldo and R9 had the same finishing abilities Drogba had (but worse heading ability, since Drogba's heading is probably the best in history), and the fact that Drogba always turned up in the big games, and always knew how to score out of nowhere, makes him way better than Eto'o and many others

Eto’o didn’t spend enough time with Mourinho, and arguable was beginning his decline (emphasis on “beginning”) and Milito was far more pivotal to Inter’s success in 2010. Even Mourinho said it himself, Drogba would be the first name on a team of greatest players he has managed. As he said he was the best striker he has ever managed. Maicon isn’t even on the same level as Ramos and Ashley Cole 😂. Marcelo was alright under Mourinho, but not as good Ashley Cole was under him. No Madrid Midfielder played as well under Mourinho as Makalele, Deco and Lampard. Sneijder had one good season under Mourinho, while Lampard and Makalele had 3 fantastic seasons under him. And Deco is on the list because what Porto did between 2002-2004, winning the UEFA Cup in 2003 and UCL in 2004 was all due to the midfield play if Deco. Two, unlike Sneijder’s one, great season under Mourinho. One good season isn’t enough, which is what puts Senijder down...he was only with Mourinho for a season. So to CLEAR, I believe the reason Sneijder doesn’t make it into the XI over Deco, is the fact that he only had one season with Mourinho. Whilst Deco, had 2 great seasons under Mourinho...winning the UEFA Cup in 2003 and then winning the UCL in 2004. The fact that Deco was pivotal to Mourinho’s Porto side over two seasons, probably put him ahead of Sneijder’s one season. Plus Deco, en route to winning the CL in 2004, had an almost identical season to Sneijder’s 2010 UCL season. Deco had 7 assists and 2 goals, while Sneijder had 6 assists and 3 goals. Both contributing to 9 goals. But Deco also scored a goal in the UCL final. As you can see, Deco in 2004 was equally as good as Sneijder in 2010. The main difference here, is that Deco did it for a team outside of Europe’s top 5 leagues, and did it over two seasons with Mourinho, instead of just one. Hence, he gets the place over Sneijder. The front three pick themselves, Hazard and Ronaldo can’t be argued with. I actually have never disapproved so much with a video from you guys, for example you bring up his time at chelsea as the glory days when his most succes actually came from the inter days. Sneijder was an absolute god in 09/10 season working fantasticly offensive with a pretty defensive oriented team, same goes with maicon, i would say as a rightback he is better then Ramos. But Ramos can still take charge with a peak carvalho. ALso, de Gea has reached higher hights than Cech as a goalkeeper, and he is only getting better. And the worst of all the one im absolutetly dissagreeing with is that zlatan is at center forward. Zlatan has his absolute peak under Jose Mourinho as a player and was if not for Messi or Ronaldo i would argue the best player in the world at that time. Scoring 29 goals where almost the majority of them was puskas award worthy. Yup

Mourinho's first spell at Chelsea were his glory days in the respect that he made a huge impression with his brashness and the way in which he backed it up. He did brilliantly at Inter, but he took over a team that had won the last three Serie A titles, which is worth remembering. His most successful season may have come at Inter, but it wasn't more successful than his entire first stint at Chelsea. Ibrahimovic only had a season under Jose at Inter, and he scored fewer than Eto'o or Drogba in their best seasons under him.

People are thinking this is based on who was the better player. But this is based on how well each player played when they were managed by Mourinho. And in that regards Cech deserves his place in the starting XI. Under Mourinho Cech was arguably the best GK In the world between 2004-2007, getting a record for most clean sheets in a PL season in that time as well. Casillas wasn’t in his prime when Mourinho was his manager. Especially since towards the end of Mourinho’s time at Madrid, Mourinho was looking to drop him.
