Im sorry but o'neils becoming clueless. Jamie charagher said of hugobueno that hecwasone of the best fullbacks that he's seen in the prem 4 a long time and yes we loan him out then we loan out chiquuno who was one of our best players b4 his injury and one of them in pre season and in the cup against burnley and he's out on loan 2, and o'neil reverts 2 a back 4 which we have no clue how 2 play and quite frankly didnt get the defender/s in during thec ummer when hebknows that at this moment in time the best way that works 4 us and has given us some successcagainst the biger sides is the tried and trusted back 5. Seriously he needs to rethink his strategy very quickly b4 he ends becoming the prems first manager casualty. Besidee its also time in my opinion 4 fosun2 sell up and get the heck outta our club. I called out Sa, Chan and especially Sarabia last season. No consistency what-so-ever. If the boss had played ANYONE else in goal we would have won. I would rather see Jeff Shi between the sticks than Sa these days!

Gomes was not to blame for the first goal. He got a suicidal ball played into him and it was 100% a foul on him. Came right through the back of him.

Fair points Harry have to agree thought Guedes should definitely start over Hwang as he's been a passenger this season I think Sa is already gone shocking performance Pond I thought had a solid debut And Doyle was class and a great strike to finish I don't think some of the player's are playing for the team and want to be elsewhere 🤔 Thought Lima done OK but that first half was poor but scoring just before the break gave us that belief and we had more than enough chances to at least get to Pens I'm not bothered we are out as I think the league is more important We are creating chances and I think a win is just around the corner 🤞 Larsen again got an assist he will start scoring soon I'm sure a decent No9 I think we have a decent squad but need to start playing as a team Yes there are player's who are not given there all and I would definitely start Guedes over Hwang from now on.

Can’t defend you get relegated, another cup exit conceding awful goals and this now a trend. GON should be under serious pressure but he’s cheap so sure he isn’t. More holes without the ball than a fisherman’s net, we really can’t defend, I’m very worried.

I'm getting worried, I won't lie. Both Sa and Hwang were absent. The second half was much better, but the damage was largely done by then. Somehow the team has forgotten how to score again - I realise that seems an odd thing to say given we scored 2 goals again today, but with the chances we have, we should be scoring 4-5. Depressed.

Rodrigo gomes can't get a look in for prem games. He offered plenty fwd and was always getting back covering for defence. Sa can't save it in the middle of the goal. Guedes people say doesn't want to be here he's the man that looks like he wants it the most. Lastly Hwang.....you honestly wouldn't know he was on first half. Geez.

Perfect title. His performance was just dreadful. All 3 goals were highly saveable. The last 2 unbelievable. They were so slack at the back but we just kept giving the ball back to them. No belief.

I'm expecting an absolute abortion of a game against Villa on Saturday! Half the team don't want to be there anymore it would seem. That means potentially, an absolute battering is on the cards! Amazing how things change over 7 or 8 months, sadly!

Ok, the first half was very poor and yes Sa, Sarabia and especially Hwang were extremely poor. I'd blame Joao entirely for the first goal, he was asleep, and Sa for the 2nd and 3rd. But the second half performance was rousing and we should have equalised, especially with the Rodrigo chance at the very start and Guedes' opportunity later on. Pedro Lima was a bit disappointing I thought, but Forbs again looked lively. And yes Doyle was good, but the problem is that where he plays was Mario Lemina's role last season and looks like being Andre's this season. Though I might be tempted to play him instead of Joao Gomes, who is not on his best form, at Villa. Comgratulations to Alfie Pond on his first start. Surely Hwang can not be picked to start at Villa, he has been appalling all season so far. Guedes, Forbs or Rodrigo Gomes should all be ahead of him for selection.
