I'm an OAP. £522 last season. £626 renewal. 20% increase. Just not affordable. I have no choice but to pay increased council tax, water rates, car insurance, heating bills. I have a choice when it comes to Wolves, this my 61st yeardown the Mol, my 50th year as a season ticket holder (unbroken, every year since 1974). I just don't think I can afford it at 626.

I’m in the same position Graham, you must be in the Steve Bull, next year will be my 60th year going to Molineux. As you can see I live in Southampton so have travel etc expenses (I spent over £3,000 this season). The increase for us is actually 22.28%………seriously thinking of jacking it all in.

Yes mate. You travel a big distance. Full credit to you. I travel 6 miles but struggle walking to the ground. There is a veiled threat that you or I don't renew sooeone in the 7,000 waiting list will. Harry Mansell is right in all he says. Shi needs to go, Fosun need to sell. Shi blasts VAR for wrecking our season but he is doing far more damage.

Well said Harry, see you mean it 100%, I’ve been going since 1970’s (it was pence to get in and cash on the door !! I followed them down to Division 4, and back, but great days, ticket prices were never considered!! All changed now, don’t give two shits about real fans in fact they would rather us go and sell the seats to tourists. They haven’t see. The fans turn,… I have and it isn’t pretty!!

Well spoken. I’ve been a STH since 1974 and sit next to my son in the Billy Wright upper. Neither of us are renewing. Fortunately we could both afford to but this is absolutely immoral and that has never been a characteristic of my beloved club. The increase for younger fans and the disabled is an absolute disgrace. £840 to sit in the Steve Bull to renew and have I been in there since 1988 as a season ticket holder but with the crumbling stand and league 2 standard catering and toilet facilities in there then this insane price hike is a real insult and p*ss take. Plus on top of that Jeff and GON have already planted the seed that they'll be no funds available in the summer window either, I'm not happy. Just waiting for the new kit to be launched now at some astronomical price too. Jeff and FOSUN are shafting us and in my eyes and prepping the club for sale.

I’ve got the best seat in the south bank , been there for 20 odd years but someone else will be getting there pants pulled down…well said Harry , the stadium apart from North bank needs a re build , it’s tired , the likelihood of having a really competitive team looks unlikely based on the doom coming from the manager and board , the inflation figures have come down so why are Wolves 15% more and for what ? Between VAR and the FFP crap it’s ruined it for me … let’s see what prices will be like in the championship

Absolutely disgusting from Fosun. They are clearly looking to maximize their investment and looking for an exit. I dare bet there will be more excuses and little transfer activity. I urge fans to truly consider whether or not to renew their season tickets. We need a petition to oust Shi as chairman. He must be the least qualified football executive in the Premier League. I fear for the long term future of the club under this Chinese government backed regime.

Hi Harry. I agree with everything you say. I have been offered season ticket, by the club, but as I live down in Brighton I cannot go to all games so decided against it. Will pick and choose my games. Fans don’t count anymore for most Clubs at this level. Sad days mate. 😢

Totally agree Harry that's exactly what there doing 8 yrs now Fosun have been in charge though it all started well and full of promise to fan's They said they wanted to compete with City Lpool etc make the ground a 60 thousand Cappatacy stadium No work has been done in the ground as its crying out for a face-lift I'm on the waiting list for a ST and turned it down last season as I didn't trust what has been happening under fosun but this season now I'm not going to renew my membership or am I spending anymore money on merchandise I'm done now finished Like you say Harry it's a disgrace what they have done 16% + ST They will sell who they want in player's to make money and that's all there worried about and stay in the mid table of prem I wish we had of gone down now into the Championship and maybe fosun would have Fucked off! The trouble is there are people lining up for season tickets. So they can do this and get away with it. It's appalling treatment of the most loyal core of Wolves fans. It's heartbreaking to see. I know I'll get criticised for saying this, but I went to my first game in 74, watched the Bhatti fiasco, lived through the Hayward revival, the double dip and that fantastic League One season and the magical Promotion season under Fosun. I agree with Harry, I would love to be mixing it up in League one, getting value and getting entertained and watching a community club again. The Premier League and money are destroying our club. For those guys priced out of a season ticket this year, I am so, so sorry. As for me, I will be meeting up with my best mate, having a pint, and watching the Saddlers and the Harriers this year. I can afford that and I can get out of it the companionship, entertainment and community I am looking for. I'll watch MOTD and check the Wolves scores in the E&S.

As an overseas Wolf and former season ticket holder it's heartbreaking to see so many loyal fans being priced out of attending. However, if you want to change things, then moaning about it on socials only goes so far - you guys need to organise some protests down at the Mol so that the club get the message. They will rely on Brits' ability to suffer in silence - I mean look at the government you've put up with for the last few years. If this was any other country there would be gridlock in the capital with people protesting how shit things are. Only way to make your collective point is to protest and boycott!!
