This fight clearly shows why rayo stopped teofimo 2 times in sparring. The kid keeps coming and shows a good chin even though I think they need to work on him not getting hit so much. The way I see it is ,Lopez tried to outmuscle him and rayo kept going at him with his own power and was probably just eating anything Lopez threw at him and he couldn't take what rayo was giving him while taking his best shots. Rayo is a pressure, awkward puncher and a Southpaw with power who keeps coming.

Everyone sayin he's getting hit too much, it's boxing you get hit, it's better to take hits sometimes so that you'll learn. Even floyd get caught many times. And watch the 4:02 one in slow mo he always does that like GGG where he twist his head before the punch landed, what a reaction time i think he's improving that technique of his that's why he's always hands down. He's a mexican bro every mexican know how to put their hands up it's impossible that ge didn't got taught that. The thing with hands up is you won't see all the punches coming. Jose Valenzuela is who tank should fight if the black community really thinks tank is really fighting top talent. Ryan, tank, Haney all run from each other to not fight top tier. Get that straight first

Rayo is a beast he exposed Teofimo before Kambosos even did

Everyone on here giving Strayhorn to much credit because he took the fight but forget he has 16 fights and over 100 amateur fights vs rayo with 8 fights and only 21. I been a trainer for 10 years, when you get a short notice call they also tell you atleast 3 to 4 weeks before that you might have a fight with good pay but you don't have to sign the contract until atleast 5 days before the fight. Rayo is just on another level

The commentators mentioned he got the call on Tuesday the week of this fight.

@@cameronstowe8842 lol did you read my post. Commentators ain't promoters or managers. You have 4 days before the fight to sign so they can have enough time to run everything threw the commission ect. Sometimes they even wait 3 days so the fight won't fall threw and as a manager and trainer you want to get the most money you can for your fighter since he's going against a prospect. It don't matter if the phone call was 1 days before , you need time to negotiate and run drug test plus commission approval and if their cleared by the doctor which you have to send in and that takes atleast 3 days to get cleared. I've went threw this with fighters atleast 5 times. Sometimes you can even send in everything except the fight contract until your there so you can make them give you more money.

listen... he has excellent head movement WHEN he uses it.. in time he'll know when to use it & more often as he continues to fight.. it all comes with experience. he's only 22 & still learning, he's not a vet yet.. yeah i know he got hit often thats part of the learning process, make mistakes now & correct them later. Rayo is fun to watch... with team Benavidez in his corner & Robert Garcia's near by he's gonna go far 😉 better than watching Mayweather SURVIVE 12 rounds
