This brought tears to my eyes! I was a violist in this orchestra from 2001 until its (temporary) dissolution in 2004. Later this year, I will be conducting this symphony in New York - an achievement I would have never reached without the experience I've gain during those three wonderful years I've spent with this ensemble!

While not one of Haydn's most popular, still a masterpiece. Love the playing, so committed, as young people always deliver. And kudos for the conducting as well. Beautiful phrasing!

Not as popular probably only because it doesn't have a nickname. Though the so-called "miracle" of the Miracle Symphony occurred during a performance of this work.
