In 1978, in I in listed in the U.S. Marine Corps. "Joseph Pilates". He designed the workout routine, four the Marines basic training. I went from 170 lb, to, 205 lb of solid muscle in 4 months. I'm glad to rediscovered Joseph Pilate. I'll check back with you guys in 6 months

This is a very easy video to follow. I have very painful lower back problems and these movements didn’t aggravate my back at all. 👍🏾

Beautiful work and great video, the best I have found on the internet, and the sea and the basic mat exercises are so basic as they should be,,it is ARTS to practice now with this video thank you so much for sharing

Great!!! Jean-Claude segue exatamente a classica linha de Joseph Pilates. Thanks for your videos. Pilates é uma disciplina muito harmônica que reforça o centro de estabilidade do corpo (core stability/ power house), torna flexível e aumenta o controlo muscular.

hi! I find that (maybe because I have lumbar scoliosis doing abs (crunches) without bending my knees (keeping my legs straight) gives me a back ache. Ever heard of this problem? I never have any back pain if I don't keep my legs straight, this must be the problem.

The last exercise Teaser is not for beginner. It is the most dificult en Mat.

+Lynsy Stern He's a professional ballet dancer so those kind of people have high metabolisms and are very active so I imagine fat doesn't stay very long in his body. Also, he is black/mixed race and let's face it, they tend to be genetically gifted in terms of building lean muscle and strength.
