It really depends on your preference. Some people may not feel comfortable having it on display in their home, but I have also met people who have theirs at the front door. Technically it is not a taboo for the uninitiated to see it. This is because they will not be able to distinguish what’s inside just by looking at it. Also, many spiritual professionals consult in front of their pot.
