Dr Wong, thank you for your helpful exercises. I have c3 c4 c5 and c6 stenosis. Disc dehydration and anterior spondylosis with restrolisthnesis c5-c6. I have tingling on the top of my head. I just started following your exercises. My acupuncturist introduced your KZbin to me. It has been helping a lot. Hopefully, one day I am pain free. Thank you!
