I believe Tommy didn't leave you at all. He held on to your friendship even beyond. He watches over you, and made sure that you are surrounded by good loving people. You are a genuine person, and I really like you, the world loves you. I am one of the millions of people who cried like a baby at your audition. I understand exactly why you don't watch your video from the audition. Your audition video hit me so hard emotionally I got a headache from the crying and the emotions that it brought out of me. It was actually painful but beautiful at the same time. The pain was from me trying to suppress my feelings as I was processing the song as it marinated in my mind while watching the judges assess your performance. Beautiful because of how much of yourself you put into that song. And your pure raw emotions that everyone felt including the judges through the song that you sang for your friend Tommy. Simon most of all..... It took me a long while before I would watch your video again because when I did I still cried but not with the same intensity. But it makes me smile. If you think of it in terms that the world needed that performance as well as yourself. I don't think it will be so hard for you too revisit your audition video. The parts of your song that you may have cringed over was just your emotions coming through your voice which makes the video as emotionaly effective as it is. When I heard you sing other songs I said, This dude has a beautiful voice that touches people in the ❤️. Don't stop singing Josh.😎👍

One of my fears in dark water. And you that audition tape went straight to the heart and soul Josh. I am comforted in knowing energy is can neither created nor destroyed; it merely changes form Josh. I do not know what you believe in. But, first time I really actualized to presence of a power higher; was when I seen a thermography tracing of a human female's body with a 3 day old embryo presence. It was like seeing the universe explode, the light energy was so bright. Everyone in the room was shocked and speechless. She did not know she was pregnant. I totally thought I was the ONLY ONE who was scared of dark water!!! lol Just to let you know, since 2015, I go back and watch your audition that day....I've watched it about 20x already, and each time I do get emotional. Josh Daniel you really should watch your audition on X Factor, just for realising that Simon Cowell was so emotional that he couldn't speak. You have an amazing voice and from watching a this you come across as totally genuine and real and a lovely man. Don't let the industry change you (which I don't think it will as you seem really grounded). Well done and looking forward to hearing more from you. Also it would be good you talking about Mental Health, especially from a mans point of view as men need to know that its ok to talk about it without feeling ashamed of feeling that way.

Hi Josh! I can say for certainty that your audition of Jealous in front of Simon, was an unspoken explosion of emotions not just for him but all of us that watched you. You touched the deepest part of Simons heart. I’ve always wondered if you understood what was happening with him. The loss of his mother was very hard and your song took him right back to his love and missing of her. I lost my eldest son 8 years ago….Adam, he’s forever 39. And that song stirred and still stirs me to some of my deepest longing for him. It’s painful yet, it is the closest I ever get to "feeling" him again. The song takes me there. I have always wanted to thank you. I pray for you the very best in your life. I do the same Jennifer. I always wonder if he realizes when he's singing how much it touched Simon since Simon was unable to speak, but he gave him that wink. I personally have not viewed another audition quite like Josh's. He was absutely brilliant, making the song his own. It gave it such new meaning, and every single time I see it, it touches my soul in such a manner, and every time it brings tears to my eyes. It seems each viewing, it touches me in a different way as well, brings forth another meaning, or viewpoint. All I know is he has got such a beautiful voice, such talent, and he remains so humble, so true to himself. That shows what a truly beautiful soul he is, and no doubt Tommy is so proud of him, looking on him with such adoration and love from Heaven. I also love seeing his Mother's reaction and pride for him. Their bond is so special, one which is much like I have with my 4 sons. I pray he continues to grow with his craft, continues to touch the hearts and souls of so many, continues to release more music, more singles, and albums, booking more concerts/shows. His voice is so extremely touching, so uplifting. He has a true storytelling voice where you hang on every word of the song. Just such a beautiful quality. Something the World truly needs. 💝💖

I couldn’t remember your name and I really really wanted to watch your audition video again. I had to watch like 15 videos before I could find you. I was so happy to listen again. I downloaded the video so I can find it again. I also found legends video of the same song( I had never heard it before.) it was lovely as well but yours had such a depth of emotion from you it really got me right in the heart( like Simon). My heart has been closed since 2019 and listening to your video has helped me to reopen my heart chakra. So THANK YOU VERY MUCH!! I love this song and looking forward to your other works.
