I don't know what professionals do leading up to a fight, but what i meant by train hard, is to do a lot of cardio. Pro's run, jog and skip everyday. These guys clearly haven't done any cardio. It's why amateur fighting isn't a huge thing. No one wants to pay to watch people run out of steam in 2 minutes.
