Seems like the problem was that at Gordon's restaurants, he expects the entire table to be served at the same time. In some episodes I've seen him demand whole tables' orders be recooked so they can go out together. If their service was so staggered that one party was able to nearly finish their entree before the other got theirs, that would be a problem in Ramsay's mind. Sex isn't exactly relevant here.
