What I love about Josh Groban is that he such a regular guy - no airs and graces - just the boy next door. He wears simple stuff even on stage. Doesn't wear poncy cllothes like all the celebrities. He is a very unique guy and amazingly talented. This rendition of the American Anthem is the best in my opinion.

I thought he was going to make that same mistake that many other singers have made---singing FLIGHT instead of fight. He did a FANTASTIC job with the SS Banner!!! Way to go, Josh!!! He's like a male version of Celine Dion, he has that same ability to do a lot of vocal inflections and STILL manage to sound so powerful and beautiful.

My dad was positively allergic to people who 'did things' to the National Anthem, but I think he would have liked Josh Groban's very respectful and moving rendition of one of the most difficult anthems going, thanks to the range required to sing it.
