Admittedly, my viewership of TDS has been patchy over the last decade. When I saw the cookie monster segment I honestly assumed Josh had been a correspondent for years and I had just somehow managed to have missed him all this time. To find out that was his debut is mind-blowing. What Devin was saying wasn't just empty ego-fluffing; Josh is the textbook definition of a natural, you can immediately sense he's going to go on to do great things after just seeing him perform once.

It has been incredible watching The rise of Josh Johnson he is one of my favorite modern comedians I legitimately think that it is freshness and openness to the world reminds me a lot of Jon Stewart in the beginning and I could see him rocking that desk in a few years
