3:30 - 10 or trash? Down here in LSU country, many people practice the 12 or trash mentality. BK has back-to-back 10 win seasons and a good chunk of fans want him gone yesterday. I think the talking heads on debate shows who don't cover the sport regularly are to blame for this because they portray the sport as "if you're not Alabama or Georgia or Ohio State, etc. you're garbage."

The problem with a 12 plus team playoff is that any team that doesn't make the playoffs is called trash. Any non 10 win team (Penn State like) is then relegated to how we view six win teams that go to bowl games. Crazy.

To call Ole Miss a spotlight program is to show a SEC bias. Ole Miss is a middling to bottom dweller that no one outside of SEC country cares about. I have no ill will toward Ole Miss & respect Dart's toughness from the Tech/Ole Miss bowl game a couple of years ago, but Ole Miss is similar to Maryland in the B1G. Ole Miss is just another team in the SEC and fodder for the top heavy teams.
