The next person I hear say "It's just an animal" will live to regret it. These creatures are far more knowing and wise than we give them credit for.

I use to have Flemish giant rabbit. His name is was Tom... after seeing this video I realize that I wanted to be loved... come home & make sure he had food with him... me being a big guy myself... I always wanted to get the biggest type of rabbit... now it all makes sense since I really connected with Tom...

Thank you so much for sharing your amazing story. My husband saw this & said it moved him to tears. Scout was a little divine messenger of hope & love. Our own little kitty adopted us also & we feel so thankful for having him in our lives. GOD bless you always. Much love from England. Noori & Teck.

What an amazing and touching story! Personally I also love cats, but I dare not bring a kitty into my household as I have three rescue doggies - Lacy, Rip and Foxie, and they told me in no uncertain terms: 'NO CATS ALLOWED IN OUR HOUSE!!!" Nonetheless I continue to love these three and whenever I go visit my daughter just two roads from where I stay, I also enjoy playing with her two cats... and of course, when I get home again, I face the equivalent of the "Spanish Inquisition" - "WHY are we smelling CAT on you? WHERE have YOU been playing with kitties while leaving us all alone???" Hoo-boy...

I can relate sooo much. Critters have a way of saving & rescuing us from ourselves.... There's a lot of pain in life & God knew we would need them. I have 3 cats, 4 ducks & 15 chickens. Every one of them holds a piece of my heart.

ensign4Him I hear you! I hatched a chicken for a 4H project in 3rd grade, and she was a loved member of the family for 5 years!

Recently I had this at I only had for 3 weeks. The amusing part with Simba he meowed like crazy to be fed. At first and had a vocacious appetite but on the last day, Simba couldn't walk a metre without falling over I first put him in front of the cupboard doors and shortly after I gently picked him up and put him in one of the kitty beds and that's where he went to the Rainbow Bridge. I was going to take him to the vets but I guess Krishna thought he go with dignity without euthanization. Simba died naturally. He had a collar with a little bell on it which I kept as a symbol of my brief time with him. Om hare Krishna
