The "getting into the gym is the hardest part" is so true. I always tell me friends they should head directly to the gym after work because if they go home nothings gonna happen. And if they feel tired its just by sitting around and work with your head all day - you only realize how much energy you have actually left until you start getting your heartrate up and move!

And you’re absolutely right simply doing that getting started feels like the hardest thing to do. As ridiculous as that sounds it’s true at least it is for me. Thanks for the motivation and sharing ur life. Main reason why I’m I big fan is you’re humor and you’re a blue collar red white and blue merican! Thanks for the motivation! I walked to the gym and did a warm up on the treadmill and the chin up and dip bars along with some sit ups and knees to elbows. And scaled for mortals: 3 Mins on rowing machine 1 minute kettlebell swings 10 reps of overhead presses -Repeat 3 rounds with a 3 minute rest in between rounds. Minimal to no rest between sets! Overall a pretty well rounded workout. (and since I'm hardcore- I turn the shower to really, really cold and stand under it to help the immune system and to ease muscle soreness. ) I can't wait to see more.
@againstthemodernworld32536 жыл бұрын
3 weeks later, and still liking and using this workout. 5 mins on teh rower, then a variation off overhad presses or dips, then some battle rope action and some kettlebell swings to ensure my quads will hate me tomorrow. Throw in some of those push ups with dumbells and then some plyo jumps for some variety too.

I know it's only 5 dislikes. But it blows my mind people dislike it. The guy is literally giving you his workout. Then showing you he's human by hurting and talking about what he would've changed and then giving you some insperation/motivating ass shit to bounce off of. Doesn't get better than that.

Hey Josh, great second video. A good pace in the editing. One suggestion I have is to have some overlay text to the video to help me follow along. For example, when there are clips of you warming up, what are you doing? The rep counts of each round at the end was good, but maybe throughout have a counter and timer overlaying the video?
