As someone who has hit rock bottom, this particular song resonates deep within me. The conclusion is so heartwrenching, yet comforting. It's like a painless, peaceful death. An escape from heartbreak. A final goodbye. The depth and pure emotion that this song evokes in nearly indescribable. However, you have captured each final triumphant crescendo and slow, bittersweet decrescendo with utmost accuracy. You have my sincerest thanks, this is one of the most gorgeous arrangements I have ever heard.

Josh Cohen when you publish the sheet music, are you going to arrange this without the 10ths? I think I even saw a minor 11th in there. You don’t want to alienate 80% of pianists. Yes, those chords can be arpeggiated but most will not bother. Perhaps include an alternative chord as an ossia?

Mr. Cohen this was so beautiful. I like that it captured the feeling of unsettledness throughout and the lack of solid conclusion at the end. I did a piano + singing version of this song for my senior year talent show where I tried to emulate the harps for the second verse and I think I like what you did in place of them better. You take care of yourself now.

I can't explain why, but this song don't inspire me with despair. On the contrary. It makes me cry almost every time I hear it but it also bring me joy. It brings to my mind the idea that behind every sad moment we can find hapiness to get up.
