Highly recommend the Jibbon key organizer. It has a much smaller profile compared to the new Orbitkey organizer. I’ve used my Jibbon for the last 4 years and it’s in the same condition with just a little patina.

The jibbon is so great! I’ve had this one for a couple years now and haven’t had any desire to change it out - subtle differences from orbitkey but it just feels more polished and nicer to use

They have some really great options! After I picked this one up they released a copper Smokey bear watch that looks amazing, going to have to try something else out sometime (I hope) Tactile has been so great! Got a pen from tactile turn too that I’ll be talking about in the next video - equally impressive.

I definitely get that - it’s not too expensive by watch enthusiast standards but not cheap either. There’s a yellow g-shock 6900 that might be worth checking into if you’re into the color, I think it’s $100 and g-shock is always a great choice

I haven’t done a ton of research for options with nato straps but I’ve been really happy with my couple from VAER and Benrus! Hopefully more folks might be able to chime in with more options too

Always enjoy your content, and based on some past videos I’m trying some Marino wool clothes. Liking them so far, but what’s your clothes washing routine with them? It says don’t wash them often and they should be ok with just being aired…

That’s great! Merino stuff is usually pretty easy but definitely has a few specific needs. I always wash cold and air dry, regular soap seems to be fine, and I usually just wash things as needed instead of after every wear. I rarely notice any odor after the first couple wears so if there aren’t stains I just leave it be or wash every 4-6 wears

Do you ever think about hyper consumerism associated with seasonal changes to edc? Or have any thoughts about the ethics of this level of consumerism?

I think about that all the time. Things are a bit different for me compared to a typical consumer since I’m testing gear for the channel constantly, folks definitely don’t need to emulate what I do hear in their real lives. People get angry when I talk about the same items over and over and very few watch when a video isn’t entirely focused around gear. Hopefully I’m helping inform purchase decisions for people out there not to buy or waste but it’s definitely something I think about often.

@@joshfennYour videos and content made much more sense when it was you loving gear not driven by the consumerism just my opinion of course. Long term reviews over hyper consumerism. The adds and new junk make you a fish in a sea of many instead of someone standing out on their own!
