That’s so weird that he didn’t come with the blood on him. I’ve seen other people with the bloody version so maybe it is a error on Mcfarlane’s part.

Glad you pointed out that the mouth looked a little weird with no blood paint apps when the mouth is closed - so I won’t be entirely disappointed if there’s no blood splatter on mine which is supposed to arrive on my doorstep sometime today, can’t wait to see this figure in person. As usual, thanks for the reviews! (Edit: figure dropped off this afternoon - no blood splatters on mine as well. What really amazes me though is how heavy this figure is. Great figure, honestly one of my favorites of MacFarlane’s entire DC run thus far.)

That stand could be a alternate hand for holding the limbs. It would be better if they made a diaper type articulation for the legs. This is just stupid.

I only plan on getting Polka-Dot Man and this figure, here in the UK they've not released yet but they're really nicely priced, so I was actually looking forward to this having a bloody head since Polka-Dot Man comes with the clean head for the collect and connect. I guess I'll just wait and see when it releases here, but I doubt it'll bother me too much if it's missing, but at least that spare head would have had some use.

You can still get the blood version but it comes in a 5 pack with the other members of the suicide squad

Nice review as always, bro! I really don't think the Gold Label is worth the extra 40 bucks if you already have the BAF. Honestly, $40 seems a little steep for these larger mega figs anyway (like Darkseid and Steppenwolf). Twice as much as a regular figure is too much, IMO. BTW, I see you're getting all the Bat villains in the Batcave display behind you. Very nice!

I wanted the movie accurate shorts and the severed appendages, so I sold the BAF and kept the gold label. Otherwise it would have been hard to justify getting the solo one when the BAF is perfectly fine.

Ironically - I'm in Australia & ordered one online down here with the CLEAN mouth, yet I received mine today with the Bloody mouth ! Now I'm on the hunt for a clean mouth head to swap out ... NUM NUM !
