Young players today have no idea how lucky they are to have access to this. I'm 55 and we only had books with workouts in them or a grainy videotape of Pistol Pete's drills. This kind of instruction is priceless.

Totally agree, I am 43 now and I remember watching VHS 📼 on Magic Showtime Lakers, Birds Celtics. Or waiting for the game of the week on NBC or ABC and hoping your favorite player had a good game so you could tape it. You kids got it made now a day’s.
