That's because his material is him talking about whatever is relevant at the time, like how South Park writes their episodes... and that's not a bad thing. @@grayautumnday Division because the other side won? Tell me, had Team Blue won the American Cup, would you be gracious winners? It's easy to say the other side are the ones causing the division, but remember; you picked a side, too. As in 2016, you had a horrible team captain. If you actually presented a cohesive, forward-thinking plan for your country and not just empty platitudes, you might have got the win. It should be so easy to beat that buffoon, why can you not seem to do it? And before you ask, I'm not from the US, never been. I'm left wing. Considering he pled Guilty, he deserved to be in jail. This is not the story of an oppressed person being racially targeted, which often does happen. This was a criminal who wanted to run around being a little gangster, and RICO cases very rarely involve a bail. He wasn’t sitting there waiting in a cell for a trial for two years, which is different. He had one of the longest trials in Georgia history. In my opinion, he should still be in jail.

From Quora: the judge called both lawyers into his office and said to them “Gentlemen, there’s no other evidence either one of you could present going forward that would change my mind about the factual situation that governs this lawsuit”. In other words, all the other witnesses on the witness list were pretty much going to say the exact same thing as all the witnesses to that point had said because even although all the witnesses were involved in different situations, they were pretty much solid on what their experience was with our client. That was a cue to stop the trial and settle. What are some ways to make extra cash without getting a second job? If you needed extra money, like, yesterday, you’ve come to the right spot. Our team has compiled a list of creative ways you can fatten your bank account this month. Certainly, there’s something here that fits your needs. Without further delay, here are four ways to pocket some extra cash: 1. Cancel Your Car Insurance You might not even realize it, but your car insurance company is probably overcharging you. In fact, they’re kind of counting on you not noticing. Luckily, this problem is easy to fix. Don’t waste your time browsing insurance sites for a better deal. A company called Insurify shows yo When lawyers communicate with a judge outside the courtroom, it is typically referred to as "ex parte communication." In the legal context, understanding the nature and implications of ex parte communications is crucial, especially if you're involved in any legal proceedings. Definition of Ex Parte Communication: "Ex parte" is a Latin term meaning "from one party." Ex parte communication occurs when a lawyer communicates with the judge without the other party or their legal representative being present. This can happen through in-person meetings, phone calls, emails, or letters. Implications for Legal Proceedings: Ex parte communications are generally prohibited in legal proceedings because they can compromise the fairness and impartiality of the judicial process. For you, as a party in a legal case, it's essential to know that both sides should have the opportunity to be present and heard during any communication with the judge. This ensures transparency and fairness. Exceptions to the Rule: There are limited exceptions where ex parte communications may be permitted. For example, in emergency situations where immediate judicial action is necessary and waiting for the other party's input is impractical, a lawyer may be allowed to speak with the judge ex parte. However, these are rare and specific circumstances. Consequences of Improper Ex Parte Communication: If a lawyer engages in improper ex parte communications, it can lead to serious consequences, including sanctions, a reprimand, or even a mistrial. For you, as a party to a case, if you learn of such communication, it's important to inform your lawyer immediately as it can impact the fairness of your case. Your Role and Rights: As a party in a legal matter, you have the right to be informed about all communications regarding your case. If ex parte communication is permitted under an exception, your lawyer should inform you about what was communicated and why it was done without your or the opposing party's presence. Ex parte communications are generally prohibited to maintain fairness in the judicial process. If you are involved in a legal case, it's important to be aware of this concept and to ensure that all communications with the judge occur in a manner that respects the rights of all parties involved. Your lawyer should guide you through this process and safeguard your interests by adhering to the proper legal protocols.
