I cannot tell you how much I am enjoying listening to you getting better and better at this craft! You started out saying the word “like” in every sentence and it would drive me nuts!!! You have gotten more and more mature in your narrations now (as good as anybody doing broadcasting) You are killing it! You are on top of your game now and I couldn’t be prouder! Your Father, Lee Matlock

Really great work and well researched. The melodic narration really keeps it engaging

So great to see all the Nirvana spots, they were known locally in the 80's as "Kurts band" and my dad and his friends never went to a show cause everyone said "those guys suck" Now you cant go a day without hearing them on the radio.

fun. You forgot Eagles Auditorium, downtown Seattle. Seattle's equivalent to The Fillmore.

I know the guy that owned Black Dog Forge and I used to hang out in that alley after rehearsals at the place next door, The Rendezvous. It had rehearsal rooms down below and upstairs I believe. I rehearsed in the basement. It used to be a very rough and dingy bar. It was cleaned up in the early 2000s. A lot of musicians practiced and hung around there.

You teased with the Ballard Firehouse shot. There are quite a few places like that are no longer around. Ballard Underground, Parker's, Sorry Charlie's come to mind.

@@liamfitzgerald7528 thanks for sharing. I agree, Seattle has changed so much. But I’m glad a bunch of us got to experience it back in the day.
