தொற்றுநோய் பரவும் நாட்களுக்கு முன்பு மோகேஷ் cloud kitchenஐ தொடங்கினார். தனது பைக்கைப் பயன்படுத்தி சென்னை திருவான்மியூர் மற்றும் அதன் சுற்றுவட்டாரப் பகுதிகளில் டெலிவரி செய்து வந்தார். மெதுவாக அவருடைய மோமோக்களுக்கு மக்கள் ஆர்வத்தை காட்டினர். ஏன் ஒரு food truckஐ துவங்கினார். தொடங்கிய பொது அதன் பின்விளைவுகளை அவர் யோசிக்கவில்லை; கொரோனாவின் தாக்கம் உட்பட.
அவரின் கனவை எவ்வாறு நிறைவேற்றினார் என்பதை விடியோவை பார்த்து தெரிந்து கொள்ளுங்கள்.
Mokesh was born in Chennai. After his major surgery, to defy the odds, he started to work out to prove his extremes. Slowly, his interests towards food made him make momos. Mokesh started a cloud kitchen before the pandemic days. He used his bike to deliver in and around Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai. He established his customer base and started a food truck. Little did he know about the challenges that came after... including the Pandemic.

Hi 😅 I'm sorry that I had to use so many LIKES in the video it's just because I have "camera anxiety" and this is the first time I'm standing in front of a camera with People around me so I was so nervous at the same time I had to do this for My First Baby that I'm trying so hard to raise properly (The MoMo Truck) I dint prepare for this talk I came there tried standing in the middle of the stage and started telling my story.
