I've been watching Josh and all of his associates for a decade and a half. The first 3 have been buddies since childhood in North Carolina. There are at least 40 people circling Josh for the last decade and a half. Miles is from the early days and is the lead tenor for the Houston Opera. There is a west coast group of Elle and Toni who are great on their own but show up on the videos as well. Check out his road trip just after Covid to see a lot of his old friends.

First saw Josh about 5 or 6 years ago in an already old video of him covering Eleanor Rigby. Wasn’t really expecting much but he looked very young and I think I figured I could get a simple guitar arrangement at my skill level, man was I wrong about that! At first I was so impressed by his guitar skills that I didn’t pay that much attention to his voice but he’s a great singer too. Carson is also a fantastic singer and a great songwriter. I highly recommend his song ‘ain’t our home’ on his own channel. Good to see someone putting the word out. 👍

I've been a fan of Josh Turner since his days playing with Larkin Dodgen 12+ years ago. I was shocked especially to see their cover of "The Girl From Ipanema". How do kids that age (maybe 20) know Bossa Nova? He's singing in Portuguese, and she's got the breathy voice of Astrud Gilberto down pat. I just watched the two clips that you sent me... and they're AWESOME! The Jobim song was sweet - and he looks even younger! (didn't know that was possible.. but I guess it WAS 12 years ago!) The second song 'sleep' was fantastic. I may do that one for the channel. Thanks for the comment!
