Great video, and I agree with all of your choices. However, you left out one of the most iconic dishes that I enjoyed eating often, when I lived there…Saltimbocca alla Romana.

I didn't like any of Rome's signature pastas. :-( I had a lasagna that was out of this world and some amazing pizza Al taglio and tiramisu.

@ The Lasagne alla Bolognese I had was at Mamu. We were just trying to get out of the rain and we were hungry. And the pizza and Tiramisu came from Corner Pizza. We saw good reviews on this place so we were looking for it. Both were within a short walking distance from Piazza Navona near our Airbnb.
