I love the AH-1 Cobra heli. I had three of those some 112-15 years ago and I lost them, some of the few army toys I've ever lost or broken during my entire life. And I still regret it, especially now, when I'm struggling to build a serious rotary wing force for my armies.

These figures are fairly good proportioned copies of Airfix British Paratroopers with different helmets mainly US Army M1 helmets and one seems to have a Russian style helmet on.

The "pointing guy" is from an old Airfix WWII British Paratroopers set. I remember saving up my money to get it - it was expensive back then - and how happy I was when my mom and I went to buy it. It's ironic because my set came with only one "pointing guy," whereas this set comes with several.

yeah, the first 4 are from that set but the sculpts are symplified, for example the guy pointing should have a beret and the detail is a lot more pronounced on the airfix ones

I have 5 similar missile launchers, but the missiles are a bit different, white colored plastic body, with bright red head and exhaust. I like the trucks, these seem smaller than the normal Hing Fat trucks. I also have four of those field guns, but without the protective shiled.

I actually have a set almost exactly as this one but minus the 3 smaller trucks. As a kid I was ruff on them and now I am missing the helicopter, the too of the missle, and the bottom of the barrack (sad days :( ) I love toy army men

I got this set at a hobby lobby and unfortunately it came without the missile trailer and house thing. And I got the "sawed off" shotgunners as well. I think that's how the mold was probably set up though.

The word you where thinking of was "bayonet" and second, not every single army man missed the front of his gun, the bayonet guy running still had the front of his gun. Hell, all the army men holds i have of him don't even have the bayonet. I think you should count yourself lucky, because the bayonet would have been more likely to Brake then the tips of the gun

JacksonJosephJ Productions i understand what you say but he’s right those are M8A1 Carbine Rifle and they do come with long barrels but in this case they didn’t because they were probably Mark I not Mark II
