The idea behind summoning *Enlightenment Dragon* is to get *Punishment Dragon* in the grave and summon *Judgment Dragon* to the field because let's be real, you will not be summoning *Punishment Dragon* . Getting *Punishment Dragon* in the graveyard is easy because of all the milling, but if you draw it then you will have to use the new *Minerva* synchro monster to banish 4 Lightsworns to summon it *{::>_

Usually you're actually summoning Punishment dragon. The point is you're going synchro minerva banish 4 names from gy to mill 4, then summon punishment dragon and if you can use any sworn effect like xyz minerva you get to mill an extra 4. Like if you mill any 2 names with charge it one card gets you 15 more mills with Synchro minvera, Punishment Dragon, Xyz Minvera, then Zombie Vampire.

Fun thing when you make the new Minerva with 2 Lightsworns, you can send Wulff/Felis + Weiss, Weiss will ss another body with it's send effect allowing you to go into Bujintei Kagetsuchi with Wulff/Felis + Wulff/Felis for another mill5. (Bujintei Kagetsuchi + Minerva Exalted could then go into F0 Utopic Draco Future)

Omega and dispater for double hand loop is also free real estate in this deck. Lightsworn will ultimately become the biggest combo tool box ever. You can do literally anything with them. Can't wait to play solitaire y'all dark world players watch how it's done properly

The baby JD is insane imo It's an extender, who send the card you want from deck, and search the 2 big JD from deck when is SEND from the field to grave (link, synchro) it's really impressive card for do combo

Only thing about Dragon of Lightsworn is that Enlightenemnet Dragon is kinda bad so JD/PD not really worth running. Enlightenemnet Dragon doesn't count for the new Trap, it's banish effect is more of a last ditch effort since you will banish your own stuff and the float effect while cute doesn't really matter, if op manages to break your board and put themself some stuff out. The new Trap while on paper nice, there is not a single monster with "Lightsworn" in it's name that actually does something for a endboard. That said Dragon of Lightsworn very likely gonna end up as the best Charge target, since it enables new Minerva on it's own as long you've got a Lightsworn monster in grave.

​@@XenonfujiCelestia is the only monster that mills for cost, and you can just omit it since it activates when tribute summoned must and must valid targets on the opponent's side of the field. Charge of light brigade mills for cost, but that is it as far as spells go. Tear kash alone is a good mills since you can mill 2 and sulliek gets you access to a mill 3 with another tear kash. You just need to possibly play a very small number of twilight twilightsworns for the purpose of the fusion names having synergy with them, of I guess the malicious package. There is a lot more you can do

4:20 you played JD during the short time after the structure was released because you had triple Eclipse Wyvern and all the rulers at 1 so you could VERY EASILY turbo him out or like Lightray Diablosis for OTKs or R7 plays (Lightray is a 7 to go with a ruler).

I know nothing about how Lightsworns have worked in actual Yugioh since I only played the games but thanks to the WC 2009 game, I like Lightsworns a whole lot and have played them in events on MD as well as it being my 1st deck I built. It is very cool to see them getting support and what looks like good support at that with me also seeing some good potential even as a rogue deck. Best part is that Charge is not OTP so you can really set some stuff up if you somehow open 2.

Hopefully this can replace the Punk Chaos Ruler engine for fun deck. I'm testing it out with my Cubic deck and what I can tell is it's more gamba and bricky than Punk but still fun I guess. It mills like crazy with Minerva, then you can add Judgment Dragon with Baby Dragon, then banish 4 to mill 4 again with Minerva, make Zombie Vamp, mill 4 again.

Not necessarily. If milled, it trades with backrow removal or evenly, and that’s pretty much it. If drawn it’s potentially a brick. Keep in mind you’re gonna be running wulf, felis, judgment dragon, and punishment dragon where any combination of those drawn will be a brick. Lightsworn still looks like a high-roll deck.

The beauty about Lightsworns is how thanks to the support, they have non-linear lines to them based upon what you mill and what you open with. For example if you open up with baby JD and use Charge, Garoth becomes a really good Search if you mill any LS monster because then baby JD Triggers Garoth for more mills and potentially more draws, which also leads to Minerva Xyz plays too. It's absolutely nutty and I love it

Exactly they made tear do too much especially with the millers and shufflers while Lightsworn has very few GY effects when it comes to the spell and traps. Glad the new trap sets it self and would appreciate a spell that does the same or a new field spell that improve upon the original one that protect from all Lightsworn monsters from destruction so JD just destroys their board.

Charge is now a 1 card combo if you play enough names. Charge add little dragon. Special little dragon and send Felis. Special Felis and synch into new Minerva. Grave now contains Dragon, Felis, and possibly 2 randos. Chain 1 Dragon, Chain 2 Minerva to send Wulf and Weiss and Dragon adds JD. Then Weiss chain 1, Wulf chain 2. Summon Wulf and Felis. Overlay into old Minerva. Detatch 1 to mill 3. Grave now has Dragon, Weiss, Wulf/Felis, and one other name. Summon JD and if you have PD in your Grave you can summon Enlightenment Dragon. End board is ED, and both Minerva. One of which protects your board. Alternate End board: If you dont mill PD you can overlay JD and Synch Minerva to make a random rank 8. Maybe Hope Harbinger for spell negate or Zombie Vamp for even more mills. Correct me if i made a mistake in this line. Im pretty sure i used the HoPTs correct.

Have you seen an actual data yet? The average number of YCS attendance is increasing every year. It was rare that 2k people enter a YCS, but now it's expected. More people are actually get into the game now more than ever lmao
