"Judge slow, love quick" learning how to do this. My first instinct is to hate first because I've been hurt so much over the years because of foolish, heartless people, but I'm trying to remember what God and Jesus does. He calls us to love our neighbors as we love ourselves. He says to forgive and love. It's been a real struggle for me as I'm taking on this mountain since my father is this way as well and I'm like him in many ways. But what would Jesus do? He would love first! So I'm going to love first and follow my Lord and Savior!

we're human. Of course we have to refrain from it, but we're still human. We need to put it at the foot of the cross daily. Also, hatred in Christians in particular can develop from various things. Wronged in the past that has caused a sense of low self-esteem and others are also a reason why hatred can be in the hearts of Christians. Doesn't make it right, no, but we're still human. We're flawed people. That's why prayer is such a powerful thing that many of us nowadays just seem to "ignore".

I drifted from God for a few months, and probably a year or more... I don't remember... By now it was 5 years ago I had drifted, and holy smokes... God came to me one day. "You're going to choose today. Me, or a life full of darkness." Ha! Nope. I went with him that day and never looked back.

I’ve been drifting back and forth. Honestly, these past two years were tough on me. I never left God, I knew He was there, but I didn’t actually follow Him. At that time I struggled a lot. Now I’m doing better, but still not perfect. Don’t think that you have to have a perfect relationship with God. He is here with you even when you aren’t walking beside Him. ❤

Hate became so ordinary when Christians started sitting down on the job. We’re supposed to be in the world yet not of the world. There are many who are in the world but not doing a thing to change it. We are supposed to be working to change the world to be like us (forgiven believers nothing more) with Christ as our example. There are non-believers who treat their fellow man better then many Christians. We cannot continue to name the name of Christ and in the same breath holler “dirty, filthy sinners!” As long as we continue to do so people will continue to turn their back on Christ! I shudder to think what Judgement Day will be like. “Many will say to me on that day Lord, Lord did we not prophesy in your name and in your name drive out demons and in your name perform many miracles?” And I will tell them plainly ‘depart from me, I never knew you.’ Matt. 7:22-23 Father help my heart be more like yours. Where I have sinned cleanse me from whatever is not pleasing in Your sight. I am the clay Father. You are the potter.

My dad let some cats out. He lost track of the troublemaker. That cat's name was Harper. I heard a noise but was sure it was just in my head. But my Dad still went to check. I prayed and prayed and not even twenty minutes later, my brother found me upstairs, searching. He told me that Harper had been found, unscathed by our neighbor's house. I swept Harper up in my arms and kissed him. Harper had been directly over where I'd heard the noise! My mom told me she'd walked there many times but didn't see him. The LORD must have heard my cry and placed down Harper for me. Believe. GOD makes miracles.

No religion or “holy books” at ALL for me. Do you still embrace me? Or do you reject me as less than you? (My experience is that most churches and most Christian’s look down on me.) Im a good, kind, loving person. And I’m happy. ❤

@@judic-wj1qu Thank you. If I were openly gay would my husband and I and our 2 adopted children be welcomed with open arms in your church? Would we be able to participate and teach Sunday school for example? Probably not! You know it and I know it. And in some religions we would even be put to death. All because of ancient books written by men, hundreds of years after Jesus time. It’s mostly religious people who need to adhere to these lyrics. They say they do but they really don’t.

I’m sorry, but there is a Heaven and hell and if you’re not Christian, I’m sorry, but you’re going to hell and even though we don’t put you lower than us that doesn’t mean good works will take you to Heaven. And I’m not saying that’s what you think but it’s not right. I hope you come to church one day and realize that you’re a sinner and you need to believe in Jesus Christ as your savior and read his word and get to know him better not just as a father or a God but as a friend, my heart breaks, knowing that you’re not a Christian anymore, and also if God let something bad happened to your life that influenced you to be like this don’t blame it on God he allowed it to happen to test you because as Christians they’ll be trials in Temptations, and you just have to stand solid on Jesus Christ and lean on him through all that. And in case you were wondering this is all coming from a 10-year-old.

@emiliamarchis528 Prove there is a hell. I have proved there is not one ....... by researching every usage of hell in the Bible in its context, using the oldest translation we have, the KJV, and from the Greek and Hebrew. Yes, I studied the Bible cover to cover for 25 years as a "born-again Christian" and attended years of bible college. What is your proof that I am going to burn forever in torture for all eternity? Please quote chapter and verse, not you own personal opinions. Bottom line.....There is no burning fiery eternity where people are sent to by a so-called loving God. Furthermore, I have concluded the bible itself is absolutely NOT God's Word. It's written by men and has been translated and translated ad infuinitum, many times to support the belief systems of the translators. There are so many holes in that ancient book it's ridiculous, starting with the fact that there are no original texts. Which one of the over 4000 different Christian denominations would agree with you or me? Take your pick. It's 2023 not 1953. People are getting collectively smarter. Christianity (and Islam) is shrinking. I thank my God for that!

Absolutely love this song!!! And it’s exactly what God started showing me a week ago... it’s so easy to get caught up in the politics, drama & evil in the world and get angry and frustrated 😒But then... where is GODS ❤️ LOVE!!! Revival without GODS LOVE? Nope doesn’t work that way 😂🙌🏻

I love god more then anything in the world You’re Always There for Me When the world comes crashing in And chaos rules my mind, I turn my heart to you, Lord, And pure, sweet peace I find. You lift me out of trouble You comfort me in pain; You nourish, heal and cleanse me, Like cool, refreshing rain. In times of joy and bliss, When things are going right, You lift me even higher, And fill me with delight. You listen to my prayers; You hear my every plea; I’m safe because I know You’re always there for me. please like if you agree

Josh you are abolutely right. Love should be the first thing on all our minds when we wake up in the morning. Let us hope that people find peace in prayer and devotion to the HOLY FAMILY, I have gone back to my Catholic upbringing and I could not be happier. I got my guitar back and am getting it tuned Monday. I am going to try to go back into music therapy. I play guitar. I have also wanted to say thank you for being true to your recovery. I have not always been with mine, as I still vape, smoke and use legal hemp products.

I WILL REPEAT THIS Maybe you're not like me Maybe we don't agree Maybe that doesn't mean We gotta be enemies Maybe we just get brave Take a big leap of faith Call a truce so me and you Can find a better way Let's take some time, open our eyes, look and listen (yeah) We're gonna find we're more alike than we are different (yeah) Why does kindness seem revolutionary When did we let hate get so ordinary Let's turn it around, flip the script Judge slow, love quick God help us get revolutionary (Whoa oh) Revolutionary (Whoa oh) Let's get, Let's get (Whoa oh) Revolutionary (Whoa oh) I'm turning the TV down Drowning their voices out Cause I believe that you and me Can find some common ground See maybe I'm not like you But I'll walk a mile in your shoes If it means I might see The world the way you do Let's take some time, open our eyes, look and listen We're gonna find we're more alike than we are different Why does kindness seem revolutionary When did we let hate get so ordinary Let's turn it around, flip the script Judge slow, love quick God help us get revolutionary (Whoa oh) Revolutionary (Whoa oh) Let's get, Let's get (Whoa oh) Revolutionary (Whoa oh) What would Jesus do He would love first He would love first What would Jesus do He would love first He would love first So we should love first Why does kindness seem revolutionary When did we let hate get so ordinary Let's turn it around, flip the script Judge slow, love quick God help us get revolutionary (Whoa oh) Revolutionary (Whoa oh) Let's get, Let's get (Whoa oh) Revolutionary (Whoa oh)

The greatest man in history is Jesus. He had no servants, yet they call him master. He had no degree, yet they call him teacher. He had no medicines, yet they call him healer. He had no army, yet kings fear him. He won no military battle, yet he conquered the world. He commited no crime, yet they crucified him. He was buried in a tomb, yet he lives today. Amen Copy past and spread this all over

YES! Great lyrics! When you get to the stanza, "What would Jesus do? He would love first..." My only remark to add, of course not to your lyrics, but I wouldnt think HE would love first. I think HE would say, "For those of you not following my commandments, you have had your chance. You are not mine. You will be burned as the tares." HE already came teaching us how to love. When HE comes again, it will not be with love but with the sword. The scriptures are clear. Our world and MANY Christians are filled with sin. We "love" our cars, our boats, our makeup, our food, etc but I dont see many loving others. I teach high school kids and rarely see them help others. They wouldnt know how to be revolutionary. When I mention "good vs evil" they laugh and play it off. Us becoming revolutionary means we have to stop being soft. We must speak truths even if it is uncomfortable!! You, as a famous Christian artist, please I beg you, start teaching full truth. Jesus is NOT coming back with a peace sign and flowers. HE is coming back to burn up those who are disobedient!!!

Our enemy is not other humans, it’s the devil. The second greatest commandment in scripture is to love your neighbour as God loves you. We are to love those around us even if they hate us, because they’re not our enemy, it’s that which is behind the hatred, satan.
