Josiah-Fred 1

This is an early attempt of a JOSIAH-FRED, yet another "FRED" version race in the GFRED server in FiveM. This race is ALOT of fun. Its nice to have a fresh racing experience with so many GFRED races happening daily. Still learning the lines but I'll get them down.

Fixed. When I googled it there is the 2 spellings and I wasnt sure which was correct
