Art journaling like this helps me get all my negative thoughts out on paper that I just don’t want to talk to anyone about. It like having a conversation with my cat … I’ve gotten it off my chest, but no one has gotten hurt. Love this organic page

I love the idea of this. Sometimes a girl just needs a good rant and the journal is such a safe place to let go. Then you can cover over it and move away from the negative.

This is such a great way of making a negative a positive. I sometimes struggle writing down the negative stuff because I don't want to reread them and certainly don't want anyone else to, yet it helps to write then down. I'm definitely going to try this! 🧡💚

I love how you just embraced the “messy”. I’ve done these same types of pages (negative thoughts on left; positive on right). But THIS brings that to a whole new level. Wonderful work. it is a very good way of tackling your negative thoughts and turning them round. I know for myself how easy it is to go down a negative path and how difficult it is to feel incapable of coming out of it. I write my thoughts down for myself and to stop me from sharing them and making others sad, down or negative. Your work is lovely, your writing is beautiful and your inspiration is captivating. Thank you for sharing.

I like the idea of putting the negative thoughts down and cover it up artistically, while rephrasing it positively on the right hand side. The last 2 years I had a lot of negative emotions built up and i put them in my journal, but not covered them. I don't mind them uncovered, but i suppose when all of the hardship is over, i might not want to see so many negativities within me. I'll try your method. Thank you for sharing. ❤
