I may have an easy tip to clean the oven in the future. Spray on a reduced fume oven cleaner on a cool oven. Cover whatever you spray with plastic wrap. Leave on overnight so the oven cleaner won't dry out. The next morning, remove the plastic wrap and wipe the oven with a damp sponge. If there's anything still on, it will be easy to scrape off.

I had an issue with energy. I have several autoimmune issues and thyroid issues but going to a nature path changed all of it. Now I don't hit the wall like I used to and have to take naps in the afternoon. Life changing! She was able to pick up things a regular doctor couldn't. Her blood work went into far more detail. I'm glad to have found your Channel. I love this! What Journal do you use? I tried to look it up but there's so many.

12:45 - Does your oven not have a self-cleaning function? Even if it doesn't have a button for it, look up "how to make your oven clean itself" and see if yours can do it. It basically burns everything off. It might not work if there is a lot of meat grease, but for something like batter that overflowed, it usually works great. It turns all the stuff at the bottom into ash and then you can just wipe up the dust with a damp cloth.

Lovely rainbow spread! About redeeming rewards:. I hang on to them too. I feel like I'm taking from the small business when I redeem my reward because they don't get the money for something they made or did for me. I go to a business I like to support them, not to "cost" them. Is that weird? I guess I should just accept (and use) the reward as their way of saying thank you. For medical purposes, I have a section of notes that are a face sheet that is a list of all the medical dates for surgeries and diagnoses, a list of the medications and who prescribed them and when they were started and how I take them and what pharmacy (or other source) refills them, and then a list of the ongoing things that come up with the starting date for the things and a spot like the today list for to do/ in progress/ done for talking with a provider about the issues. I keep it in a small notebook similar to the ones that are like your bullet journal from leutchterm1917 (pocket size I think they call it). I use an index in it to keep track of the different kinds of pages and the notes from the different providers. Good luck with your health care and your tracking of it. Oh the pocket sized book is good for carrying to the doctor office for sharing with various providers too, and it saves memory space too.
