The handwriting is art on it’s own. Everything else is a beautiful accompaniment to it. I’d have white out/correction tape here and there and random pieces of washi tape covering my mistakes. Very pretty!🤩

you don’t have to have neat handwriting to journal. a journal is for you to write freely about whatever you want. i don’t always decorate my journal. decorating is optional. personally i sometimes like decorating but i also like to just write. it doesn’t matter if it’s messy or not. :)

I dont know what to doooo!! I started journaling a year ago and it went so good but when I started my 2nd journal it wasnt feeling the same way..i started to make it as pretty as possible but it wasnt just feeling right so i took a break of like 3 days and I started again and it was going quite well but now I just dont feel like journaling but watching ppl journal makes me want to but my mind just says nah :( idk what's happening or what to do..

You can have a journal and journal whenever YOU feel to, don't feel pressured to journal everyday, every few days or whatever. You can journal once a week, or very inconsistently, it's really up to you! It's a great outlet when you want to express yourself! Give it a go again, but don't force yourself to do it all the time :)
