Abir Safa is a poet, a writer, a mother and she is here to share major details about her relationship and journey with the Quran. You might read this and say what is there to know about the Quran that we didn’t already? I thought the same before having this conversation. The whole approach to reading the Quran changed and Abir explains it perfectly. We also talk about mothers and how lonely they are. We talk about husbands not fulfilling their fatherly role, and so much more.
This episode is available on KZbin, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts.

This is so beautiful. I had started reading Qur'an over a year ago, consistently. I decided to read from cover to cover and when I finish to start again. The purpose is to always read. But I've been taking my time. I have three young children, one is still a baby. So I find the time in between, or while nursing, to read and think over the verses. This podcast, really makes me feel as though I am on the right track, especially because I decided I would not rush myself even during the month of Ramadhan. I want understanding and to improve myself, and that takes time. Literally. Once I could only read about two verses and then I was thinking about them and that took half and hour.

Salam Jafar, I could watch Joe Rogan or some other podcast, but here I am during the month of Ramadhan listening to Sister Abir. Thank you for bringing these gems on your podcast. It's refreshing! You bring great members of the community, without the gossip, drama, and the nasty fitna that is infested in the community. God bless and reward the both of you.

Allah sent us a "letter," that is LITERALLY cryptic and very hard to understand. Even the people who LIVED with your prophet had to go many times to ask him what some things meant. And yet, your contradictory quran says it is "a clear book," LOL, give me a break!!
