Steve Perry is by far my favorite male voice of all time. The power & resonance is always perfect! You can't go wrong with a Steve Perry/Journey song.

The lead singer is Steve Perry, the lead guitarist is Neal Schon. According to some people Steve Perry is nicknamed the voice of 80's rock. Journey has many hits, including Don't Stop Believing, I also recommend When You Love A Woman because it is the last song and video Steve Perry ever did with Journey

Pluto, this song so inspired Prince , he wrote Purple Rain. He even told Journey about it . Listen to the chord progression and you’ll hear it- especially the end part. ❤

Steve Perry is the lead singer and a Legend also known as The Voice, the lead guitarist is Neal Schon, bassist Ross Valory, drummer Steve Smith, keyboard Johnathan Caine. Other songs I highly recommend are I'm Cryin, Walks like a lady (live version), Lovin touchin squeezin (live version), Line of fire, Mother Father, Dixie Highway, Suzanne, Edgeof the blade, Girl can't help it, Chain reaction, After the fall, Troubled child, Lady luck, Lay it down, Sweet and simple. All awesome songs 😎👌🎸

Please check out Journey - Whos Crying Now Live in Houston 1981 and also Journey - Don't Stop Believing Live in Houston 1981. Everyone will say to play the live version because he sounds better live than the studio. Steve Perry is called the voice for a reason, and Neal Schon, the guitarist, plays beautiful solos in all their songs, especially Whos Crying Now Live with and extended version.

Steve Perry is a vocal beast check out Journey Mother Father live in Houston and Wheel in the Sky live in Osaka the vocal acrobatics are incredible! Journey has a ton of hits Don't stop believing, Open Arms, Lovin Tochin Squeezing, Who's Crying now to name a few. Neal Schon lead guitarist started playing with Santana at 16

They have a lot of great songs, "Mother father" is my favorite, but other greats are "Who's crying now", "Any way you want it", "Stone in love", "Open Arms", "Separate ways", "Wheel in the sky", "Don't stop believin", "Lights", "Feeling that way", "Lovin,' Touchin,' Squeezin'", etc.

The guitarist is Neal Schon founder of the band. He got his start at 16 playing with Santana. The keyboardist Johnathan Cain joined the band in 1980 leaving the band the Baby’s. The Rhythm section of Valory and Smith came in around 76.

In this video, Steve Perry on lead vocals, Neal Schon on lead guitar, Jonathan Cain on piano/keyboards, Ross Vallory on bass, and Steve Smith on drums. They still tour today. To me, in all the shows I've seen them do, they always sounded better live. One of my top five groups. Thanks for reacting. Great job.

Okay first of all!! The song is from Journey's 1983 album called 'Frontiers'. And the video is from their documentary called 'Frontiers And Beyond'. Not only is the documentary to promote the album but, it's about life on the road; for the band and the incredible road crew!! You should check it out, it's really good! The keyboardist Jonathan Cain wrote this song for his then wife Tane, sadly sometime in the late 80's they ended up divorcing. Journey is ........ Steve 'The Voice' Perry - vocals, Neal Schon (like the name Sean) - guitarist, Ross Valory (like the name Valarie) - bassist, Jonathan Cain - keyboardist and Steve Smith - drums So my favorite songs from Journey are ......... 'Girl Can't Help It, Lights (which was the very first song I ever heard from them back in 1978), Stay Awhile (the song was released in 1980, and if you can find both Lights (1978) and Stay Awhile (1980), together, even though they were written in different years, it matches up so perfectly!), Feelin' That Way/Anytime, Why Can't This Night Go On Forever, Message Of Love, Mother Father (1981 live in Houston, Tx), Who's Cryin' Now (from the same Houston concern), When You Love A Woman, Chain Reaction, I'll Be Alright Without You, The Party's Over (studio version), Ask The Lonely, Separate Ways (studio version), After The Fall, Winds Of March, Walks Like A Lady (live in Oska, Japan), Edge Of The Blade, Just The Same Way, Still She Cries, Trial By Fire, Send Her My Love, People And Places, Escape, Still They Ride, Wheel In The Sky (studio and live from the Houston concert!) And I think that's about all.....lol...Hope you enjoy them!

Steve Perry is in the top 5 of my top male vocalists. Probably 2nd behind Elvis. The others are (no particular order): *Bobby Hatfield of The Righteous Brothers *Tom Jones *Freddie Mercury Sammy Davis Jr might even edge out Tom Jones.
