First time watching this show without Grodi. God bless this program. So may of us have come to the faith as converts. May our stories invite others to You Lord.

Thank you for this beautiful tv program, JH. The different conversion stories were really inspiring & it strengthen our faith as catholics. In our country, Philippines, there were also many inspiring conversion stories. There are already more than 300 pastors from different denominations converted to catholicism. We hope someday you could have an interview with Bro. Noe Dora. He has an inspiring conversion story. The 1st filipino protestant pastor who was converted to catholicism in our country and was able also to encourage & convert more than 300 pastors already in the Philippines .At present, he is the President of the Association of the Converted Pastors in the Philippines. May God bless more this program! ❤🙏🥰

"Jesus and the Jewish Roots of Mary" by Brant Pitre. Other ones I liked are "Mary of Nazareth" by Michael Hessmann and "The Life of Mary as seen by the Mystics" compiled by Raphael Brown.

The church fathers get them EVERY single time ❤ it is impossible to be steeped in history and not to become Catholic. We are truth , beauty and goodness.

A pentecostal friend also told me that its about personal relationship with Jesus. I don't quite know what they mean by this.
@countryboyredАй бұрын
They mean that all you need to do to be saved is believe in Jesus and have a personal relationship with Him through prayer and reading scripture. They don’t understand that Jesus established a specific Church that He wants us all to be a part of. Next time a prot tells you that you need a personal relationship with Jesus, tell him that you do have a personal relationship with Him- you receive Him every Sunday at Mass in the Eucharist.

I often see that most conversions are influenced by dating relationships.
@FiledUnderFaithАй бұрын
That is interesting. In my experience it is a less common reason, though no less legitimate. It doesn't really surprise me though, since, in general, many if not all conversion stories or simply faith testimonies involve the influence of other people.

Protestant preachers must spend a lot of time criticizing Catholics for their church members to have such incorrect, critical views of us. That always amazes me. I have never heard a priest say anything negative about people of any other religion. She just blithely says that we are not even Christians. She repeated it several times.

What does she think about Our Lady of Guadalupe?

Jesus didn't explain what he meant by "Unless you eat my body and drink my blood..." because it wasn't Passover yet. I think. I also think he was talking about two things, both the Spirit and the Eucharist.
