It's hard to know what you believe in and it takes balls to accept that publically. He self insulted in that video. It takea courage. It's easy to crack jokes on others...Anand doesnt do that. He insults hiself. He speaks what he has understood of life. That's good. He has a certain personality type like me, We can't run away from our personalities. We can't function how society wants us to. We can for a few days or months but our basic personality will come out again. So it's called living your life your way. We want peace in life.
