He masters the song perfectly and can sing like in-studio recording while doing Concerts on LIVE---night after night !!! AP" 's vocal versatility, talent, and unbelievable energy are the fuel that keeps the Journey Concert rocking for many years !! It's Arnel's 17th year this year( 2024) as Journey's frontman, Bravo Arnel!!

Wow he sounds so much like Steve and thats good because Journey wouldnt sound right without Steve's iconic voice or sonebody that sounds like him, and this guy is awesome.

I seen journey in concert w toto on march 13th,2024 in billings,mt and he sounds exactly like steve perry i was amazed at his talent and very thankful i had the opportunity to see this iconic band perform one of my favorites

I'm 62 I sang in 45 different opera titles In Bucharest On Main Stage and 10 years on an Italian Gondola and my voice is still 5 octaves. I have proof on my channel .

Props to Arnel.. he had keeped the band alive for all these years... is kind of hard to be 50+ and keeping that voice.. .i bet he has discipline God Level!!!

Perry burned out his voice around 1987. He doesn’t sound even remotely like he did back in 1984-1985. Arnel takes much better care of his voice, better than Steve Augeri. Arnel is here for the long haul, get used to it.

I was blessed to see Journey on their first tour back starting Arnel…I missed Steve, but Arnel did (and still does) a beautiful job..he made the show!!😃❤️ I also got to see Night Ranger..who, too is still wonderful and Foreigner…love them, but I will always pick Lou Gram over the current lead singer.

oh fuck! to back to Stevens days with the band so Proud of Arnel. Let me tell you about a story about Neal though? One of the greatest shredders ever.When Bon died I went to New York to try out for his job , fuck I was too young to drink legally. Neal was there.

Of course,there's only one SP, disregarding the colonial racism, it's also the will of fortune dictates that if you're going to analize the present situation of how SP now sing , a remarkable changes of his voice are noticeably makes no longer ineffective to the crowd. The help given by AP to journey cannot be denied why the group are still functioning up to this time. Definitely, SP was the original and he has a superb singing voice, but we have to accept the fact that AP's contribution to the group was so important ,in his 17 years with the group , he may be chosen as the mighty front man who really means business ,without any fear or regret just only doing the best for journey. As the saying goes!! AP accept the reality of life that you cannot please everyone. For his bashers all he can say is why not accept the reality that all of our idol SP's time has gone, and just imagine how it sound if our idol SP will be again the journeys front man.

I have trouble understanding Arnel, especially in this song. I thought Arnel was the closest to Steve Perry until I heard Hugo Valentino with Voyage. He even looks a lot like Steve.

Terrific performance by Arnel! I have heard some dodgy ones in recent years, but this was not one of those. Maybe he does have bit left in the tank.

Hindi pa rin matanggap ng mga mapanghusga at mapanglait na banyaga na si arnel pineda na ang mukha ng bandang journey..pero pag umalis si arnel pineda siguradong wala ng susunod pa ng lead singer ng journey.
