Great video, Tim. There's a certain soulfulness in beautification, those gold-clad, bright, both forthright and reserved orthodox churches are a far cry from the ugly protestant buildings of corrugated metal and concrete. They look like some drab event hall you would see a school use for a sport team meeting.

They really do inspire, amaze and make one contemplate.

Very timely since I just am finishing up my Vladimir and Suzdal series this week as well! Can't wait to get shown by the CHAMP how tourism is done :D

Finished, the drone footage makes me so envious 😄I heard you need to register a drone to use them here, is that true?

Privet Tim, care for a tip? Food. Everyone loves travel + food. Find and feature a famous dish or restaurant in every city you visit. There's no such thing as an amateur food critic. Start a tradition your returning viewers can count on. Places with food often have people to talk to, Yulia would be happy. The feeling this video conveys? Drive by architecture porn. None the less, thanks for the great content. I miss Russia.

Thanks for the tips! I do feature food in many of my videos, but it’s not their “specialty” if you will. I’ll keep it in mind for sure though 😉
