Paul's journey to Islam made me, a Muslim, on my journey. I was an atheist, like Paul, but I was raised in a Christian missionary school, named THE HOLY CROSS SCHOOL, in Dhaka, where Sister Joseph Mary taught me "do unto others as you expect others to do unto you" and thought if all humans followed this dogma, there won't be any problem and peace could be easily achieved. But I discovered not only Jesus taught his disciples this dogma, but Buddha taught his disciples the same. In my quest, I discovered that this dogma was taught by Krishna when he preached Sanatan religion to the Yadava tribe 11,000 years ago. When it dawned on me that this is the divine design, planned by Allah/God/Vishnu to guide all his creations (2 billion Christians, 2 billion Muslims, 1.4 Hindus, 2 billions Buddhists etc.) to live worthy life here on earth, called Sharia in Islam.

Purpose of five pillars of islam Purpose of Shahada or (Testimony of faith) = To believe in the "Oneness of God" or To believe in "One God" and follow the lifestyle of God's last and final Messenger Muhammad (peace be upon him). I recommend you to study the biography of Hazrat Salman Parsi one of the close companions of Holy Prophet Muhammad PBUH and you will come to know how he struggled for getting the right path of Islam. He turned Christian from Megian, Jew from Christian and Muslim from Jew.

From what I can gather from this video, paul simply wasn't a christian at all in the first place. The fact that he had so much doubts and suspicion about the bible (back when he was an evangelical christian) makes one to question whether or not he was truly a christian back then. If one is a true christian, he will accept whatever that is presented to him in the bible. The bible clearly records that the father, son and holy spirit are 3 members of the triune God. Faith plays a very big part in not just christianity, but in most other religions in the world today. And to make things worse, he became a catholic later on, which everyone knows by now, is an idol worshipping denomination of christianity. This gives him more than enough reason to break away from christianity and embrace islam.

Ive just had an apiphany while listening to Paul Williams , seth was adams 3rd son and the scythians or sethians were an ancient Eastern Iranic equestrian nomadic people who had migrated during the 9th to 8th centuries BC from Central Asia to the Pontic Steppe in modern-day Ukraine and Southern Russia, where they remained established from the 7th century BC until the 3rd century BC. Am i just clutching at straws or am i on to something? Ive also just found out that my ancestors who are picts/scottish are also related closely through the scythians, wow oh wow ive been searching for answers for a while now and think i have finally found my history for real. As in, from what i recall, here br Paul mentioned the problem of evil as an example of a topic where he found Islam to have the answers. Therefore, you should try searching for "the islamic response to [insert topic or question] I would also recommend you check out Sapience Institute. I can give you 2 or 3 specific answers. Islam clearly states how Mary was approached by Angel Gabriel and how she reacted and the whole episode that you can clearly understand without any doubt. The crucifixion of Jesus and he was raised without any harm to him and that he would return one day. And how a similar person was placed by God on the cross in his place. Further if you have doubts if Moses existed? Many people do. So his life and story is fully covered in the Holy Quran. If you read you will love it If

This stupid muslim story is only to discredit Jesus as saviour who died for our sins on the cross. @Paul Williams if you wind up speaking with Shaykh hamza yusuf could you ask him to comment on Imam Mahdi? I'm intellectually intractable in Catholicism; I've been listening to Hamza Yusuf on KZbin probably for the last ten years and I've never heard him comment on him. I understand if it's too contentious or if there's a difference of opinion and he doesn't want to comment. I've heard Hamza yusuf mention Dajjal, who is probably the same person Paul is talking about in Second Thessalonians. Things Muhammad predicted have a way of coming to pass. I suspect the last Pope and Imam Mahdi may at least be moral support for each other... I'm open to being corrected.

Dear Paul brother Islam Christianity and Judaism are the three branches of one faith, the basic belief was the same which was the worship of one God, the judgment day, belief in prophethood, and the concept of virtue and sinful acts. All these were common terms in all these three religions. But with the passage of time the teachings of Torah and Gospel were changed that's why we are unable to find the original texture of Gospel and Torah among hundreds of different versions of these books unlike the Quran e karim which is preserved by Allah taala.

Originals copies of last 2 Scriptures were revealed in different Languages .it's been Translated in few languages before you got the Bibles. Originals copies were list.

Whilst Judaism and Christianity obviously share the one God, only Muslims state that their religion is based on the same God. Muslims are not mentioned anywhere in the bible - they have no Jewish links, Mohamed is not prophesied. The Abrahamic god of Israel and subsequently, Christians is not Allah. .The God of Abraham has a special name - Jehovah or Jarweh - this name is not mentioned anywhere in the Quran. The God of Abraham lived with the Israelites and led them for forty years when they wandered in the desert - the Quran states that Allah cannot enter the created universe. The Quran was only finally written down in the current form (or at least four different versions of it which are still available now) in the 18th Century. By that time, much of it had been lost - mainly by being burned by various leaders over time who disagreed with some suras or were concerned about the vast differences between versions and needed the evidence gone. Ayesha herself records that through carelessness, she allowed some verses to be eaten by a tame sheep but she can be forgiven for her carelessness as it was a the time that Mohamed was finally dying from the poison that a Jewish woman had given him a couple of years before. Some of the Hadiths state that verses were lost because the reciters died in battle so the words died with them. Many Muslims, it seems, only read the Quran through interpretation by others - and so I know that many Muslims are Godly and loving and kind and believe in God with a true heart, a heart that has been misled perhaps but, hopefully will find its way home.

Like every religion Islam has a certain history and tradition and geographic origin. IMO it is absolutely ridiculous and stupid as westerner to convert (or allegedly revert) to Islam. Everyone should stick to his religion (if he has one or seeking one) which is rooted in his culture.

It seemed like Paul didn’t really believe in the Bible. He had to believe by faith that Jesus died on the cross for our sins, and he will give us the Holy Spirit to guide us while we are on this earth there’s no way that you will get into heaven by your works on this earth, it is by faith and by God‘s grace that we will enter into heaven and John 10 verse 27 and 29 he talks about he will give us internal laugh, and that no man will be able to pluck them out of his hand !

I would agree with you if that was the case 😂. However, if you go beyond 14 seconds you will note that the subtitles were added only for the intro question. In any case, I switch on the auto-generated captions which although not 100% accurate, they're decent. You can toggle them on/off from the settings
