On this song, I can hit about 80% of the vocal high notes but the upper few get me so frustrated that I usually stop trying for a while. The Voice....Mr. Perfect Pitch. Met him on a couple of occasions while working security...fantastic human being with uncanny sense of humor. He knew he was good, but never flaunted it. Stevie and Ian Gillan were the greatest I've ever heard. Gillan a bit more rangey, but Stevie's clarity and pitch are second to none, including Mercury.

That time for music was magic. The anticipation for more would drive you crazy. Today, nothing compares to these stadium shows. There was always a concert the likes of these to go to. But you can rest assured that all of the credit that Jimmy Page is getting is unmerited, not to mention that it has NOTHING whatsoever to do with talent, as usual.
