As always, love your narration and video work. Was there in the 70’s. Quite an impressive trip.

Beautifully illustrated & narrated. I've been to the Grand Canyon a couple of times. It's one of those amazing places on earth you need to see to understand the immensity and majesty of the canyon. My first time there was in the mid-90's. I got halfway into the park and decided to turn around before getting to the canyon. I had seen helicopters somewhere and I headed right back to where I saw them. I decided if I was gonna see this massive canyon, I wanted a bird's eye view. Unforgettable and simply awe inspiring. Thank you again for sharing your awesome adventures.

You are welcome! First time I was there was in the early 80s. The sky was clearer back then with less haze.

I/we would concur with your synopsis. I watched this to remember our two trips. We did a North Rim as part of a trip to Utah's Big Five and it worked very well. We loved our cabin and the more remote feel. Dinner in the lodge was great with large windows in the dining room. We did that trip in June and the weather was really nice. We did the South Rim as part of an exclusive trip to Arizona parks and monuments and we loved it too. We did that trip in the fall and the crowds were manageable. We loved it too. I would argue that to really appreciate it people should visit both and get the full experience. We plan/hope to return one day...most likely the North Rim. Thanks for sharing your thoughts.

In general, I like the North Rim better because it's more remote and the aspen trees are prettier than the vegetation (or lack of) on the south rim.
