I should tell you Peta that when I started facial exercises , I had a bridge on one side of my mouth where my molars felt like they were loose , felt like they were sinking down into my jaw when I chewed. Well that’s long gone. It tightened up my jaw so much .

Hello Peta, I'd gotten off the track having to begin Series 3 a few times. Have completed it and onwards and upwards to Series 4. Thank you for the slight change in the neck exercises. I'm more determined to stick with it now!

I Peta. First and foremost. Thank you with all my heart for this wonderful face and life changing practice you've created for us FOR FREE!!! I have been doing facerobics since about September 2019. I have taken some breaks but for the most part I've been consistent doing all the exercises for 6 weeks. I am 39 with pretty good skin. I've always received compliments on my skin. Anyway, I've noticed that the top part of my jaw has gotten square from the exercises. If I look at a picture of me from July to now you can totally see the difference. I'm wondering if I am doing the jowl and neck exercises too hard because the shape of my face is changing. Just wanted to get your thoughts on this. Thank you.

It really depends on what the natural shape of your jawline is because facial exercise tones the muscles and they adapt back to the natural shape of your face. Do you think you are exerting too much strength when you do the exercises?

You actually get the same 'pull' (muscle resistance) if you start with the turkey neck exercise (two hands under chin), then with hands still under chin, tilt your head to the right 50x, then left 50x. This is what I've done and it works! :)

Hi KP, you actually need to do it in the order that i have shown because the turkey neck exercise at the end of this balances out the other two, I would suggest you do it as shown, it will work better ❤

really sorry Elisabeth, but you have to follow all of the exercises in the set, there is a balance with them and when you change the exercise set you change the balance. Please just follow the program as I layed out.... if possible!

Hello lovely, yes after each exercise set you do the Energy Lift for 20 seconds. So breathe in for 10 seconds slowly then hold for another 10 seconds and release 💖

Sorry, I didn’t see my comment posted. This is amazing, so grateful to you for what you are doing. My family lives to hundred looking good to the last few years and intelligent to, but with modern knowledge I expected better. As did my mum of me out of her children. But being on incorrectly seratide a catabolic cortisol mimic for 13 years means now I have beaten asthma I am rebuilding. Aged 40 years. Sag few wrinkles. Legs like at 30 year old but not face. Not arms. I am angry. So every post you do is fantastic. I have considered how to do it but you have worked it out. What a gift to the 18 million views you have had. Perhaps you have something for arms. I am rebuilding strength but have unthinkable sags upper and lower arms.

Hi Cathrine, I am a gym member, I have been with Peta for over 2 years, Peta says not to overdo it, don't press overly hard but with enough effort to isolate the muscles, watch yourself in the mirror, I think use moderate not excessive or too little if that makes sense, Peta has a program, follow it as she tell us here is the program Peta has a program, if we follow the program just as Peta tells us, we can achieve wonderful results. Here is the program: The program is a full face routine, we do not do just one exercise for a specific area of our face, we must follow the full face routine. We start with series 1 we start with 50 reps of each exercise in series 1 we do the exercises at the same time of day for 5 days, then on the 6th day we do the a massage, on the 7th day we rest. We do 50 reps in the above format for 2 weeks, then we do 100 reps for 2 weeks then we do 150 reps for 2 weeks. The series takes 6 weeks to complete. Then we take a week off, during this week we learn the exercises for series 2, trying to learn an exercise a day, looking in the mirror and listening to what Peta is telling us to do in the videos. After the week off we start series 2 with 50 reps for 2 weeks as per above format. We start with series 1 and work through to series 6, then we start all over again with series 1. Series 1-3 are on the public channel and series 4-6 are in the membership site. We do the exercises lying down. Peta also has a beautiful skin care range, which can be found on her internet website under renew me. We also do face yoga, this gives us extra lift, we do it 12 hours from when we do the exercises. Eg. If we do the exercises in the morning we do yoga in the evening. The yoga is found on you tube facerobics yoga. Hope this helps regards Peta Dwyer.

I'm a little confused......do I only do 50 reps on each side and the front for six weeks? Or do the regular 50 for two weeks, 100 for two weeks, then 150 for two weeks? Thanks for all you do for us!!!

Just to be clear only do 50 reps each side through the series. For example series 3 I do the series exercises each day for 2 weeks.... Then can I add this exercise once in 2 weeks?? Or can I add it each day for 2 weeks?? OK I have read it again its once only through each entire series.

Please help, I don't know what I'm doing wrong with the neck excerise series 4, the side crunches are making my neck fat and it is joining with my jaw so I have no line just a fat lumps. I look like a man with mumps. Please tell me what I'm doing wrong. I know I'm doing wrong but need guidance 😢

Hello Peta. Your methodology is really interesting and I'd really love to get these exercises right. The Five Principles of Facerobics all make sense - they work for Pilates and somatics too. However, I had Bell's Palsy 20 years ago and when you command to squeeze one side of the neck, the 'squeeze' element fails. It's just the ol' head tipping to the side. I'd love to get it right. I'm interested in joining the gym, but hoping to get the basics first. Thanks for giving me hope beyond surgery.

Hi Aubrey, mmm, I havent heard of that before. It could be that it cleared out blockages. I dont think you are doing anything wrong, but, are you using too much muscle effort?

Dont know if the ear pressure arose out of doing the neck exercise, but what I did to relieve it was some stretches I found on youtube (just in case anyone else experiences this) Anyways, kudos to you!
