Maybe it’s a silly question but do you wash your face after the exercises? I’m assuming we’re to massage on a clean face, use the oil, do the exercises…..and then….wash or move on to your face routine. If we keep the oil on our face do we do it at night….can we add our night serums? ❤❤

If you use a heavy oil then wash it off after but I use Fusion by Danielle collins which is perfect to leave on for the rest of the day/night 🩷
